Every core Electro-Core produces is manufactured to customer specification using grain-oriented (GOES) and non-oriented (NOES) silicon steel, with no minimum order requirement and blanket ordering options available for ongoing production needs.
Toroids
The highest-efficiency core configuration we produce, available in standard stock sizes for fast turnaround on prototyping and small-quantity orders.
Single-Phase Cut Cores (C-Cores)
Available in open and closed gap configurations, with cut face finishing options to reduce audible noise and excitation losses.
Three-Phase Cut Cores
A more compact and cost-effective solution for three-phase power applications than multiple discrete single-phase cores.
Distributed Gap Cores
Available in single-phase and three-phase geometries as well as custom applications.
Laminations
Strip laminations and special-size laminations, including “I” laminations. Strip widths range from 0.125″ up to 34″ depending on material grade.
Custom and Specialty Cores
Stepped cross-section cores, partial-cut designs, non-standard dimensional requirements, and configurations that fall outside what catalog suppliers can provide.
